Linda was great to work with when finding/purchasing a home. She had the daunting task of being our eyes as we were unable to view properties in person prior to buying. She often times travelled quite a ways to do virtual showings - sending thorough videos of homes and neighborhoods. This really helped alleviate the concerns we were having about buying from states away. Once we did find a home, there were many repairs that needed to be coordinated with the seller. She was on site for all of the repairs, even the ones that were completed after closing. Closing was also a breeze… in/out in less than 15 minutes.
